If an item you received from dentarctools.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement. The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases. We recommend insuring your return package, as we cannot refund an item we don't receive. A returned item must be identical to the specifications and condition of original purchase. Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not dentarctools.com directly are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange directly and need to be returned to dealer.
